Hunters' Pass

We had a lot of fun today! We went to a classic spot, Hunters' Pass. Basically, it's this clearing cut right down the middle by this beautiful stream. We call it Hunters' Pass because supposedly there used to be an old log cabin there where hunters used to stay. It was torn down for some reason or another, but the story still stands! Other than Leo almost falling off the Broken Tree, the walk there was pretty much uneventful. I saw a really cool looking deer though, so that was fun. When we got there we just sort of sat on the stream bank and watched the water. Then I pushed Leo in, and he splashed me, and it sort of turned into a whole big splash fight. Hahaha! It was great though, the whole thing. The only downfall is our other friend couldn't make it. He probably had something else to attend to. He doesn't always go on our hikes with us, but sometimes he does and he finds all kinds of cool things! Even though he doesn't say much, you can sort of tell what he means. I personally prefer the silence. His voice is hard on the ears and brain. And everything aside, he gives me the creeps sometimes...

Well we should probably go now, I think I see someone coming up the drive. Next place we go will be The Fall, like Leo said. I don't really like that place too much, but its not so bad.  Bye now!!
